SUMMARY OF CORRRTIONS MADE TO VIOLATIONS <br /> Violation-404- We immediately closed both containers with screw down tops. 55 gallon <br /> Containers will be kept closed and opened only to add or remove used oil. <br /> Violation-605 &701-We immediately labeled all containers as hazardous waste, name <br /> and address of generator. We called Ramos Environmental Services to remove used oil <br /> from 55 gallon drum and when the 55 gallons drum was pumped out we poured in <br /> approximately 15 gallons from the thirteen 1.25 gallon containers into to the 55 gallon <br /> drum and had it pumped out to,making it a total of 70 gallons pumped. Each of The 1.25 <br /> gallon containers were drained up side down for approximately twenty five minutes into <br /> the 55 gallon container and Container was marked with Hazardous waste label and all <br /> required information on it. All thirteen 1.25 containers were free of any lose oil we <br /> disposed of them in trash dumpster. White trash container with clear liner was drained <br /> into 55 gallon container and absorbent was added into trash bag to absorb all wet oil,bag <br /> was sealed with absorbent and labeled as hazardous waste with all required information. <br /> It was delivered to San Joaquin County Household hazardous Waste Facility. The two <br /> five gallons buckets of used oil were drained into 55 gallon drum .The 20 gallon <br /> container half full of what looked like used cooking oil was delivered to SJC Hazardous <br /> waste Facility. <br /> Violation- 108-Metal fines were generated by Employees sharpening tools like <br /> gardening hoes. Before we would clean shop and sweep saw dust metal fines together <br /> with dirt and put in dumpster,but now I was told we can mix them in with the used <br /> absorbent and Iabeled as Hazardous Waste with all required information. <br /> Violation-301-Equipment covered parking area floor was cleaned by putting oil <br /> absorbent down on all dark wet oil stains, letting absorbent soak up all wet oil then <br /> scraping floor and sweeping up all absorbent and putting it into plastic bag and labeling <br /> it with a Hazardous waste label with all required information and delivered to SJC <br /> Hazardous Waste facility. We also put drip pans down with absorbent on top under all <br /> equipment with oil leaks until are Mechanic can fix them. <br /> Violation- 610&611- We Immediately called Ramos Environmental Services to remove <br /> all 34 used gas filters and we put a closed rainproof container labeled as used gas filters <br /> only with a Hazardous Waste label with all required Information.
