Oil container disposed by Clean <br /> Harbor and a new container has replaced it with proper documents. <br /> Violation#21 &23: Gasoline filters and oil filters were taken to Micke Grove and disposed <br /> by Ramos Environmental Services. <br /> Violation#30: The 55 gallon empty hazardous material drum was recycled by Clean Harbor <br /> Services. <br /> Violation#52: The Modified Emergency Coordinator information is now posted by the <br /> telephone in the break room. <br /> Violation #50: The same as for#20. All have been corrected. <br /> Violation#60 ?: All manifest will be kept by me,the Senior Park Worker. I will <br /> provide these records when requested.
