The container did not have a hazardous waste label. All hazardous waste containers shall <br />be marked with the following information: <br />- the words "Hazardous Waste' <br />- name and address of generator <br />- hazardous properties <br />- physical state <br />- composition (contents) <br />- accumulation start date <br />Immediately label these containers and ensure that all hazardous waste containers are marked with all the required <br />information. If the container will only be used as secondary containment then it needs to be cleaned. <br />This is a repeat violation, Class ll. <br />Overall Inspection Comments: <br />Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br />documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br />paperwork, by July 2, 2015. <br />Please be aware as of January 1, 2013, all businesses are required to submit all hazardous materials information <br />online to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov. Be sure to include <br />your hazardous waste activity in the Businesses Activities section in CERS in addition to any other relevant <br />activities and required fields. <br />NOTES: <br />* A black 55 gallon drum of drained used oil filter on the south west side of the shop did not have a start <br />accumulation date. This was corrected on site. <br />* The facility's most current manifest in the DTSC website were under their inactive EPA ID number <br />CAD982357386. The active EPA CAL000042157 had older manifest.
