Hazardous Materials Business Plan <br />Any business that handles extremely <br />hazardous substances (FRSs) in quantities <br />exceeding the "Threshold Planning <br />Quantity"(TPQ) (Not usually applicable) <br />Extremely Hazardous Substances are designated <br />pursuant to the Emergency Planning and <br />Community Right to Know Act (EPCRA) Section <br />302, and are listed in 40 CFR Part 355. Examples <br />include: <br />Ammonia - TPQ 500 pounds <br />Chlorine - TPQ 100 pounds <br />Nitric Acid - TPQ 1,000 pounds <br />Sodium cyanide - TPQ 100 pounds <br />
