Emergency Response Personnel <br />Emergency response personnel receive training in the following areas in addition to the <br />above training. This training is provided quarterly in eight hour sessions. <br />• Rescue and containment procedures <br />• Procedures for shutdown of operations. <br />• Use and maintenance of emergency equipment. <br />• Coordination/notification of response agencies, dispatch center and clean-up contractors. <br />Training Documentation <br />Initial and refresher safety and hazardous material handling training for Maintenance of Way <br />employees is coordinated and documented by Calvin Hobbs, Manager of Safety, San <br />Bernardino, California. <br />Initial and refresher safety and hazardous material handling training for Maintenance of <br />Equipment employees is coordinated by the Assistant Director of Equipment. All training <br />records are maintained by David Morris, Administrative Specialist, Topeka, Kansas. <br />Quarterly training for emergency response personnel is coordinated and documented by <br />Bryan Morrison, Manager, Hazardous Materials Response & Community Relations, San <br />Bernardino, California. <br />RCRA Hazardous Waste training is coordinated and documented by Jennifer Anderson, <br />Manager Environmental Program & Training Development, Topeka, Kansas. <br />Training records are retained for a minimum of three years and are available for review by <br />administering agency inspection personnel. <br />
