Box 2009
Stockton, CA 95204
Dear Ms. Oz:
Per our recent conversation, enclosed please find copies of manifests for waste generated
by two derailments in Stockton. As discussed, the Generator EPA I.D. Number for our
Stockton railyard was used on these manifests.
At the present time, the only waste generated under this I.D. Number is that resulting from
spills along our right of way. We do expect future hazardous waste generation from our
Stockton Railyard from both routine operations and remediation clean-up activities. Please
note, no hazardous waste was generated under the Stockton Generator EPA I.D. Number
in 1991.
Please direct questions regarding this matter to Mick Hardin at the above telephone
number.
Sincerely,
Mick Hardin
Manager Environmental and
Hazardous Materials Control
03-10 04/ira
A Santa Fe Pacific Company
