Worth St. Stockton, CA. <br />As a result of that inspection, violations of the hazardous waste <br />statues and/or regulations were identified. Specific violations <br />and required corrective action are listed below. Failure to <br />correct the identified violations within the schedule period will <br />result in San Joaquin County Public Health Services (PHS) citing <br />you for continuing/additional violations. <br />I. REPORT OF VIOLATIONS <br />1. Section 25189.5(b), Division 20, Health and Safety Code. <br />Hazardous waste is being disposed of at a point not <br />authorized by the Department of Health Services as <br />evidenced by: <br />-A$�. o Waste oil contamination on soil around fill area of <br />underground tank car. <br />2. Section 66508 (a) (1)/262.34(a), (1), containers must be <br />visibly marked with accumulation date and information on <br />contents. <br />everal drums found on site without proper labels or <br />accumulation start dates. <br />3.
