VIOLATION j 3 <br />Underground waste oil/water tank car must be monitored as active <br />according to all California State underground storage tank <br />regulations or closed (removed under permit & inspection). Begin <br />active monitoring immediately or submit closure plan by <br />VIOLATION g 4 <br />Begin active monitoring of underground tank car or submit closure <br />plan by <br />VIOLATION 1 5 <br />Immediately institute health and safety training for employees <br />exposed to hazardous waste and maintain records on site. <br />When all violations have been corrected, please send written <br />certification to this office at the letterhead address.
