[-/261.5(a),(g)] or: <br />Generating and accumulating less than <br />1 kg. of RCRA acute H.W., or 100 kg of <br />RCRA acute H.W. contaminated soil or <br />spill residues? [-/261.5(e)(1-2)] <br />Does the facility generate between 100 <br />and 1000 kg of RCRA non-acute* H.W. per <br />month, and never accumulate more than <br />6000 kg of H.W. on site? <br />* Generators of more than 1 kg/mo, or who accumulate more than 1 kg at any <br />time, of RCRA acute H.W. (listed in 261.33(e)) are fully regulated RCRA <br />generators.
