One had a confirmed gear lube oil leak.A tar like sub- <br /> stance was visible leaking onto the tracks and the gravel ballast from the derailed locomotive (BNSF7380)and no leak <br /> was being reported at this time from the second derailed locomotive (and BNSF4407).As soon as safety permits, imple- <br /> ment a soil clean up, notify EHD of all clean-up activities to allow for the EHD oversight.
