All facilities shall be equipped with an internal communication <br /> or alarm system, a device capable of calling outside emergency help, spill control equipment, and decontamination <br /> equipment at all times. A Jrum was ordered and delivered during the inspection. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 403 CCR 66262.34(d)(2) Faile to keep hazardous waste containers closed except when adding or removing hazardous <br /> waste. <br /> A 55 gallon black steel dru of hazardous waste liquids and solids, including fuel contaminated liquid removed from <br /> the sumps and nozzles, w s observed in the hazardous waste storage area with no lid. All hazardous waste <br /> containers shall be closed at all times except when adding or removing waste. Immediately close this container and <br /> ensure all hazardous waste containers are closed when not adding or removing waste. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 601 CCR 66262.34(d) Stored h zardous waste onsite greater than 180 days. <br /> A 55 gallon black steel dru of hazardous waste liquids and solids, including fuel contaminated liquid removed from <br /> the sumps and nozzles, w s observed in the hazardous waste storage area with a blank hazardous waste facility. <br /> No disposal records were vailable on site. Facilities who generate less than 1000 kg of hazardous waste per <br /> month and do not exceed 000 kg of waste stored on site at any time may store waste on site up to 180 days. <br /> Since it cannot be determir ed how long the hazardous waste has been on site, immediately contact a licensed <br /> hazardous waste hauler to dispose of this waste under manifest. Submit a copy of the manifest to the EHD within 30 <br /> days. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 605 CCR 66262.34(f) Failed to ompletely label containers or portable tanks of hazardous waste. <br /> A 55 gallon black steel dru of hazardous waste liquids and solids, including fuel contaminated liquid removed from <br /> the sumps and nozzles, wa observed in the hazardous waste storage area with a blank hazardous waste label.
