Small quantity hazardous waste generators <br /> usually must dispose of hazardous waste within 180 days of the accumulation start date. <br /> Three empty 55-gallon hazardous material containers were labelled "empty" and the date they became <br /> empty. Manage these containers as specified in Title 22 California Code of Regulations within one year <br /> of the date they became empty. <br /> 2) The facility has generated 1.2 tons hazardous waste in 2010. <br /> 3) The facility generates waste oil, oily debris, parts washer waste, oil filters, fluorescent lamps, <br /> universal waste batteries, and waste ink. <br /> 4) Dairy product production will start in February 2011. Waste water will be discharged to the City of <br /> Stockton sewer after going through an underground separator tank. The waste water will be <br /> continuously monitored for pH. Note that waste that has pH less that 2.0 and greater than 12.5 is <br /> hazardous waste and cannot be discharged to the sewer. <br /> ALL EHD STAFF TIME ASSOCIATED WITH FAILING TO COMPLY BY THE ABOVE NOTED DATES WILL BE BILLED AT THE CURRENT HOURLY RATE($122). <br /> THIS FACILITY IS SUBJECT TO REINSPECTION AT AW TIME AT EHD'S CURRENT HOURLY RATE. <br /> EH pector:'' Received By: Title: <br /> D 3-02-003 Rev 0 0/10 CONTINUATION FORM <br />
