A used oil tank is missing the start accumulation date. All hazardous waste Tanks shall be marked <br /> with the following information: 1. the words "Hazardous Waste" and 2. accumulation start date <br /> Immediately label these containers and ensure that all hazardous waste tanks are marked with all the <br /> required information. <br /> - Corrected on site. Found recent disposal receipt from Sacramento Waste Oil pick up date of 06/2011 <br /> and date marked on Tank. <br /> 23. A 55 gallon black metal drum used to store drained used oil fiters was missing its start accumulation <br /> date. Used oil filters must be stored in a closed, rainproof container, labeled as "drained used oil filters," <br /> and marked with an accumulation start date. Immediately ensure that all used oil filters are managed in <br /> this way. <br /> - Corrected on site. Found recent disposal receipt of 04/2011 and marked date on used oil filter drum. <br /> Notes: <br /> - No absorbent used for clean up of spilled oil. Facility utilizes red rags for clean up and rags are <br /> routinely cleaned by outside vendor. A 20 gallon red metal drum located by used oil tank stores clean <br /> absorbent. <br /> - In rear building for new tire storage, a large box of properly labeled universal waste fluorescent tubes <br /> were dated 10/2010. Universal waste can be stored on site for up to 1 year of date of waste <br /> accumulation. Obtain a disposal receipt by 10/2011 and maintain copy onsite for a minimum of 3 years. <br /> - In repair shop, adjacent to 1 st door bay by the office, is storage of potential universal waste electronic <br /> devices: printer, computer monitor stored on shelf. Make a determination if unused electronic devices <br /> are a universal waste, handle, store and dispose accordingly. <br /> - Provided free Small Business Hazardous Waste disposal brochure for universal waste. Must make <br /> appointment for disposal. <br /> - Provided free training class schedule. Recommended courses: Hazardous Waste, Universal Waste <br /> and Basic Auto Industry Hazardous Waste Management. <br /> - In 2010 year, facility generated approximately 1030 gallons of used oil = 4.12 Tons of haz. waste. <br /> ALL EHD STAFF TME ASSOCIATED WITH FAILING TO COMPLY BY THE ABOVE NOTED DATES WILL BE BILLED AT THE CURRENT HOURLY RATE. <br /> THIS FACILITY IS SUBJECT TO REINSPECTION AT ANY TIME AT EHq'S CURRENT HOURLY RATE. <br /> EHD Ins r.
