Corrective Action Statement- <br /> Sunstate Equipment Company 75 Equipment Ct., French Camp, Ca. 95231 <br /> Attn. Michelle Henry, REHS <br /> I Greg Wilcox certify the "minor" violations listed below have been rectified or are in <br /> progress. <br /> #10) Failure to determine if a waste was hazardous. (3) unidentified 55 gallon drums. I <br /> am working in conjunction with Ramos Environmental in determining the contents of <br /> each drum. Dave from Ramos will be coming to dip the drums for content. If he can not <br /> determine what the material Is, he may have to send a sample to the lab for analysis, at <br /> which time could take longer than the allotted 30 days initially granted. I have left one <br /> voicemail message asking for an extension for this process to happen but have not <br /> gotten any response. <br /> #20) Failure to properly label all containers of hazardous waste. Since the Inspectlon all <br /> of the hazardous material containers contents have been removed, and have been <br /> properly labeled with the proper identification and the generation start date. <br /> #88) Stored hazardous waste onsite greater than 180 days. (4) 55 gallon drums have <br /> been emptied and hauled away by Ramos Environmental. All drums have been properly <br /> labeled with Hazardous material decals along with the generation start date. <br /> #21) Failure to keep containers of hazardous waste closed except when <br /> adding/removing contents. (2)screw on drum caps have been added to drums with <br /> missing caps.
