An open bucket of liquid and rags was observed in the tank area. Mr. Singh stated that he was unsure what the rags had been used for, but that they might have been used to clean up a spill. Any person who generates a waste shall determine if the waste is a hazardous waste. Immediately make a hazardous waste determination for the liquid and rags in the bucket, and manage them according the Title 22 hazardous waste regulations.
