Mr. Singh stated that he was unsure what the rags <br /> had been used for, but that they might have been used to clean up a spill. Any person who generates a waste shall <br /> determine if the waste is a hazardous waste. Immediately make a hazardous waste determination for the liquid and <br /> rags in the bucket, and manage them according the Title 22 hazardous waste regulations.
