Main Street <br />Stockton, CA 95202-3029 <br />Inspector: Aris Veloso <br />Inspection Date: 04/17/14 <br />Business Name: Tower Mart # 876 <br />Business Address: 14000 East Hwy 88; Lockford, CA 95237 <br />RETURN TO COMPLIANCE <br />Hazardous Waste Program Inspection Report <br />RECEIVED <br />APR 2 2 2014 <br />ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH <br />DEPARTMENT <br />Violation # 404: The black 55 gallon drum of hazardous waste solids in the hazardous waste storage area <br />was not closed. All hazardous waste containers shall be closed at all times except when adding or <br />removing waste. <br />Corrective Action: The dealer has been instructed to close all containers and ensure they are kept <br />closed unless adding or removing waste. <br />Violation # 605: The black 55 gallon drum of hazardous waste liquid in the hazardous waste storage area <br />lacked a physical property of liquid. <br />Corrective Action: New labels were put on both drums. The labels include all of the required <br />information. Pictures are attached. <br />Violation # 804,308.809. & 512: Two UW lamps were left in the stockroom, incorrectly stored and <br />leaning against the back wall. Lamps must be stored in a closed container and marked clearly with the <br />following phrase: "Universal Waste Lamps" <br />Corrective Action: The facility has stored the lamps properly and labeled the box. A universal <br />Waste lamp inventory form has also been created for future documentation of when lamps become <br />a waste. It has also been explained to the dealer that going forward he needs to document when a <br />lamp becomes a waste and store/dispose of correctly. Please see documentation from our warehouse <br />of the last two lamp pick ups picture of labeled box and sample of inventory form attached.
