Bills of lading for the recycling of used oil filters for the last three years were not found on site. <br />Fuel filters in the dispensers have the date of 3-25-11. Rupinder Padda could not provide a disposal <br />receipt for the filters that were changed out on 3-25-11. A copy of each bill of lading must be kept on site <br />for at least three years.
