EXHIBIT A <br />1 <br />2 1. Hoses piping or drains connected to the sanitary sewerage <br />3 system or storm drains; <br />4 2. All barrels, drums, tanks „ containers, and all receptacles <br />5 capable of holding or storing hazardous materials or waste <br />6 samples of their contents; <br />7 3. All pumps, sprinkler systems, or any other mechanical <br />8 devices capable of pumping, spraying or disposing of <br />9 chemicals; <br />10 4. All sinks, syphon hoses, tubing or pipes connected to any <br />11 drums, barrels, tanks or receptacles capable of holding or <br />12 storing any hazardous materials and leading into any drain <br />13 or sewerage system connection; <br />14 5. Samples of any material present, utilized, maintained or <br />15 stored on the premises which are, or could possibly be <br />16 designated upon analysis as, hazardous by Title 26 of Cal. <br />17 Code Regulations, or Chapter 6.5 of the California Health <br />18 and Safety Code; <br />19 6. Uniform hazardous waste manifests, receipts, records of <br />20 <br />purchase, bills of lading, shipping records, work orders, <br />21 <br />work logs, invoices, inventory records, company reports, <br />22 <br />memos, correspondence, or any other documents relating to <br />23 <br />the purchase, production, storage, shipping, disposal, <br />24 <br />transportation, treatment, processing or acceptance of any <br />25 <br />materials designated as hazardous by Title 26 of Cal. Code <br />26 <br />of Regulations, or Chapter 6.5 of the California Health and <br />27 <br />28 1. <br />
