Case No. <br />2 ORDER <br />3 Good cause being shown, it is ordered that the property or <br />4 things taken pursuant to the search warrant issued this day <br />5 of September, 1992, commanding the search of the premises of <br />6 Circuit Works, Inc., 134 and 152 Frankwest Circle, Stockton, <br />7 California, are to be placed into the personal custody of San <br />8 Joaquin County Department of Public Health Services. It is <br />9 further ordered that the Department of Public Health Services is <br />10 to maintain custody and control of the samples subject to the <br />11 order of this court or of any court in which the offense in <br />12 respect to which the property or things taken is triable.
