Your key to Romic Chemical is the pre-printed profile number
located in the upper right hand corner of the profile sheet.
This number uniquely identifies your individual waste stream
within our system.
You ' ll find the frequency in which you refer to your profile
number will be often. For example, to schedule a shipment of
material to our facility, you will be asked to provide the pro-
file number which corresponds to the waste stream. When complet-
ing manifest documents, your profile number should be included in
BOX 15 , entitled " SPECIAL HANDLING INSTRUCTIONS " for
clarification purposes . Our policy is to
issue an appointment number which confirms your shipment date to
our facility. All scheduling is evaluated on a case by case
basis and may only be approved by the Transportation Manager.
Please refer to Sections "F" and "G" on the waste stream profile
sheet for the correct D.O.T. shipping name and information re-
quired for the completion of your Hazardous Waste Manifest and
drum label (s) .
