David Holstein, a former <br /> employee of Circuit Works, Inc. , with regard to claims he <br /> has related to hazardous waste practices, treatment and <br /> disposal at Circuit Works, Inc . I am informed that your <br /> office (Mr . William Snavely) participated in an inspection <br /> of the Circuit Works, Inc. facility in Stockton, California, <br /> in late April, 1987, and that your office would have records <br /> pertaining to that and similar, related matters . <br /> This office hereby request copies of any and all <br /> documents, records, memoranda, photographs, reports of <br /> violations, and similar matters arising out of that <br /> investigation, and records related to investigation reports <br /> and regulatory violations from April 1, 1987, through <br /> December 31, 1987.
