I will contact <br />you Monday morning to see if there are any other changes. <br />We plan to start this work on Tuesday, November 2, 1993, and <br />complete the actual equipmeut removal on Wednesday. November 3, 1993. <br />Also, attached is a copy of the Workers' Compensation Insurance <br />issued to Omni Environmental through T.L.
