One of <br />the drums contained paper oil filters. Used oil filters shall be drained of free-flowing oil, stored in a closed, rainproof <br />container, labeled as "drained used oil filters," and marked with an accumulation start date. Immediately properly <br />label the used oil filters and sort the paper and metal oil filters. Ensure that all used oil filters are managed and <br />disposed of properly. Submit a corrective action statement to the EHD once this has been completed. <br />This is a minor violation. <br />Overall Inspection Comments: <br />Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br />documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br />paperwork, by August 8, 2018. <br />Please be aware as of January 1, 2013, all businesses are required to submit all hazardous materials <br />information online to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov.
