Please see the below explanations and let me
know if you'd like any further documentation. Thank you!
Item #102 - All excess metal shavings (only producing larger pieces) and material are disposed of with our
solid waste.
Item #104 - Our Emergency Contingency Plan has been updated and posted. See attached.
Item #106 - We had a quarterly safety meeting going over proper material handling, spill clean up, and proper
labeling for all store employees. We will continue this education and sign up our service manager, Junior
Menor, for the next available San Joaquin County training. Please see attached attendance sheet.
Item #110 - Unfortunately World Oil does not have any documentation pre -2014, so I could not recover this
document. If you have any steps that I could take to correct this issue please let me know.
Item #114 - We will make sure that all future manifests have all the necessary information. We have started an
inspection program where one of our service technician inspects all labels, documents, etc. for proper labeling
and completeness.
Item # 403 - All outdoor containers have been properly disposed of and we are now having an employee
inspect all hazardous waste storage containers for proper closure, labeling, and containment.
Item #601 - All old waste containers have been picked up and disposed of by World Oil. We will be practicing
proper labeling and dating to ensure everything is disposed of in a timely manner.
Item # 605 - All containers have been properly stored, labeled, and closed as required.
Item #608 - We are separating our paper and metal filters properly and storing them in covered drums that are
properly labeled.
Thanks again,
