I have reviewed the return to compliance. Here is an update to the violations. <br /> Violation 102 Failure to determine: <br /> -A bin containing used greased wheels. OK <br /> -The facility sanitation crew clean up determination. OK <br /> -Forklift lead acid batteries power washed in the scrubber bay. More information is needed for this violation. What <br /> would the new process be for washing the batteries?What wastes would be generated from the process? How would <br /> the wastes be disposed of? <br /> -The oil-water separator is treated as non-hazardous. More information is needed for this violation. I did not observe <br /> full TTLC testing (for all 17 metals) and I did not observe any fish bioassay results. Please provide an explanation on why <br /> those tests were not there. <br /> Violation 106, Failed to train employees. CLOSED <br /> Violation 114, Consolidated manifest receipts failed to contain complete information. CLOSED <br /> Violation 207, Failed to properly manage reusable soiled textile materials. CLOSED <br /> Violation 605, Failed to completely label hazardous waste containers. CORRECTED ON SITE <br /> Violation 711, Failed to submit or amend notification for aerosol can processing.
