Small Quantity and Large Quantity Generators of Hazardous <br /> Waste will distribute manifest copies as required by state-specific <br /> requirements included in State Specific Appendices. <br /> 8.8. Waste Transporters <br /> 8.8.1. Each transporter of Regulated Waste will have a valid EPA Identification <br /> Number and appropriate state permits to transport hazardous waste. <br /> 8.9. Waste Treatment, Storage,Disposal,Recycling Facility Requirements <br /> 8.9.1. RCRA regulated wastes will be transported to commercial hazardous waste <br /> treatment,storage and disposal facilities which are permitted in accordance <br /> with applicable regulatory requirements. <br /> 8.9.2. Universal Wastes will be disposed of at permitted commercial hazardous <br /> waste treatment,storage and disposal facilities or destination facilities <br /> subject to Universal Waste requirements. <br /> 8.9.3. State regulated Wastes will be transported to a commercial waste treatment, <br /> storage and disposal facility or a facility that uses,reuses or recycles the <br /> waste and which is permitted in accordance with regulatory requirements. <br /> 8.10. Generator Status <br /> 8.10.1. Determination of generator status is based on both monthly generation <br /> quantities and on-site accumulation quantities of RCRA regulated Hazardous <br /> Waste and Universal Waste.
