RECEIVED
Correction Statements FEB 2 6 2016
ENVIRONMENTAL
Item# 102 ucpiTu ncpAPTgAFNT
All automotive brake lath are design for the sole purpose to resurface brake rotors and
drums. We all know brake rotors and drums are made of cast iron, this metal is found in
the ground. Cast iron is recyclable and paying by the ton, there are people who just drive
around to pick up scrap metal of all sort and we give to them of charity. These people are
most homeless who just want to make couple dollar of these metals, and they operated on
their own personal truck, that's why we did not get any manifest receipts. And to
accumulate 20 lbs of this metal, it takes us about 18 month. For the size of these particles,
I measured.013 inch for most of them(photo included).
The towels I used is for the sole purpose to wipe my hand, dirty tool, and clean car
windows, and I keep reused it after washing them at the laundromat.
............................................................................................................
Item# 103
I corrected by filling the form and post it on the wall next to the phone(photo included
............................................................................................................
Item# 109
This violation was incorrect, I did have all the signed copies of manifest for used oil at
the time of inspection. Because of the work we do here,we did not use a lot of motor oil
and also because of the slow economy my business did not have many customer, that's
why we did not generate a lot of hazardous waste for the year 2014, and we did not call
for pick up, because they will not take it if the container of 55 gallons did not fill up.
That's why I only have the copies of the manifest for Dec. 112012, Aug. 2013,Jan.
2015, and Nov. 2015.
For oil spill I used oil absorbent and store it in a container label hazardous waste(photo
included). The inspector did not see the container was block by a plywood at the time of
inspection. Due to our line of work mostly in computer diagnostic, alignment, and
installer. We do not deal a lot with oil spill, that's why we do not have any manifest
receipts from these past years, we just store it, and reused it.
............................................................................................................
Item# 112
The statement of this violation is the same as the above item# 109
............................................................................................................
Item#605
The label was on the container, but the marking information was fading. This violation
was corrected after the inspection by using a marker with more visible ink(photo
included)
............................................................................................................
Item# 608
This violation was corrected after the inspection by labeled the container(photo
included). We did not get any copies of bills of lading for these past years, because the
used oil filters was return to the store which we bought the new one, and they accept it
without question asked. The store is Oreilly auto part. Its location is on the corner of
Harding way and Wilson way.
