Main Street <br /> Stockton, CA 95202-3029 <br /> Return to Compliance Certification Corrective Action Statement. <br /> To Whom It May Concern: This letter is to verify that Barbosa Cabinets Inc. has <br /> corrected all violations from the 8/23/2011 San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br /> Department Routine Hazardous Waste Inspection facilitated by Thuy Tran. <br /> Violation#7: Waste paint booth filters are generated in two processes, staining and top <br /> coating. In January 2002, a sample of each type of filter was sent to Chart Services and <br /> Precision Enviro-Tech Analytical Laboratory. According to the report, "Neither of the <br /> samples meets the toxicity requirements for a hazardous waste. Therefore, the material <br /> can be disposed of as normal solid waste." A copy of the report is has been provided. <br /> Violation# 85: 3 waste computers and 25 waste monitors were being stored on site. All <br /> were taken to Goodwill Industries of Jan Joaquin Valley Inc. on 8-31-2011. The receipt <br /> is located in a folder labeled `Universal Waste', in a file with all other waste related <br /> documents.
