Businesses must submit electronic data of <br /> HMBP on a state website starting 2013. <br /> Notes: <br /> 1. Waste spray booth filters and dried lacquer are generated from approximately eight paint booths <br /> located in the Finishing Department are being thrown into the garbage. These booths are used to spray <br /> acetone, stains, and lacquer on the wooden products. A spray booth filter analysis lab results from <br /> February 2002 shows the lab performed a CAM 17-TTLC metal and VOC tests - were below the toxicity <br /> levels. <br /> - Hazardous waste has 4 properties: toxicity, ignitability, corrosivity, reactivity - only toxicity tested. <br /> Examples of ignitable liquids: acetone, hexane, lacquer thinner, isopropanol, toluene. <br /> There are 3 ways filters can be hazardous when disposed: 1. ignitable, 2. contains regulated <br /> concentration of toxic heavy metals or 3. contaminated with F-listed spent solvent ie. F003 acetone. <br /> Solid ignitable if it is capable of causing fire through friction, absorption of moisture, or spontaneous <br /> chemical changes. <br /> 2. Last Recyclable Material Report submitted 10/2011 for acetone distillation. Under HSC 25143.10(a), <br /> form must be submitted to EHD every 2 years. Next due 10/2013. <br /> 3. Provided free hazardous waste training schedule. New 2013 schedule found on EHD website. <br /> Provided HW labeling instruction, CERS Authorization form & flyer <br /> ALL EHD STAFF TIME ASSOCIATED WITH FAILING TO COMPLY BY THE ABOVE NOTED DATES WILL BE BILLED AT THE CURRENT HOURLY RATE. <br /> THIS FACILITY IS SUBJECT TO REINSPECTION AT ANY TIME AT EHD'S CURRENT HOURLY RATE. <br /> EHD In or Received Title: <br /> n� <br /> CONTINUATION FORM <br /> EHD 23-02-003 Rev 61/19112 <br />
