Minor Violation <br /> Logged onto the CERS website under the Business Activities questionnaire under the Excluded and/or <br /> Exempted Materials, I stated Yes to the question: "Does your facility recycle more than 100 kg/month of <br /> excluded or exempted recyclable materials (per HSC 25143.2). <br /> Barbosa Cabinets uses 100% of the acetone reclaimed. There is no hazardous waste removal for the <br /> reclaimed acetone. <br /> Item#605 CCR 66262.34(f) Failed to completely label containers or portable tanks of hazardous <br /> waste. Class II Violation <br /> Attached is a picture of the 55 gallon drum label designated for hazard waste paint material spent paint <br /> thinner material (UN1263). Also is a picture of the Scrap Steel drum. <br /> Item#705 HSC 25201.16(j) Failed to submit or amend notification for aerosol can processing. <br /> Minor Violation <br /> Attached is a copy of the completed Universal Waste Aerosol Can Processing Notification form.
