The proposed AS/SVE system is shown on the <br />attached Generalized Site flan; Ao vnv�jtl the final placement of the wells and trenches may change to avoid <br />conflicts with existing,uydorgrouna 0ItJ1Gb&- Soil and groundwater generated during investigation activities will <br />_er Mmbl ,crvr:W;_ St'*t r;^�,9CAS pending characterization and disoosal. <br />During the well installation project, Cardno ERI will need access to your property to perform the following tasks: <br />• Survey the surrounding area to locate and avoid underground utilities. <br />• Install electrical service and meter. <br />• Pour concrete pad for placement of equipment. <br />• Install fence to enclose compound. <br />• Install underground conveyance piping from the adjacent parcel to the wells. <br />• Visit site and collect samples from and monitor the AS/SVE system at a minimum of twice a month <br />for the duration of system operation. <br />• Operate AS/SVE system to reduce hydrocarbon concentrations in soil and groundwater beneath the <br />site. <br />• Upon completion of operating the AS/SVE system and with CRWQCB approval, Cardno ERI will <br />remove the equipment, piping, concrete, electrical service, and wells and refinish the area to match <br />current surface areas. <br />Australia • Belgium • Indonesia • Kenya • New Zealand • Papua New Guinea <br />United Arab Emirates • United Kingdom ^ United Stator ^ Operations In 60 countries <br />
