It mainly
consists of feed section, rotor drum, nail tray, pedestal, lateral plate, discharge section
and transmission device (See Fig. 15-1).
During the use, bottles are delivered by the conveyor to the feed inlet of the label
scrapping machine and then undergo traction transport along the fixed shell through the
rotating blades. During this process, the razor blades on the ceaselessly rotating rotor
and the alloy head bolt on the nail tray rub against bottles, thus tearing and separating
labels from bottles.
The maximum length of size of entering the raw material for this equipment is allowed
should be less than 305 mm, width should be less than 200 mm, otherwise easy to cause
the feeding hole plugging material; At the same time, for different size of the raw
material, can be appropriately adjust the bolt spacing between blade, in order to achieve
the best standard treatment effect.
Considering the practical production conditions, if you manufacture bottles with labels,
you may choose to let the conveyor belt on the label scrapping machine to rotate
forwardly so that bottles can directly be fed into the label scrapping machine for
treatment and then delivered by the discharge screw to the label blowing process; if you
manufacture bottles with no trademarks or only a few trademarks, you may choose to let
the conveyor belt on the labelscrapping machine to rotate reversely so that the bottles
with no trademark will not be fed into the label scrapping machine but be directly sent
down to discharge screw via the chute and then be delivered to the label blowing process,
49
