Any person who generates a waste shall determine if the waste is a hazardous waste. Immediately make a hazardous waste determination for the metal fines, and manage it according the Title 22 hazardous waste regulations. Particles 100 microns or smaller must be handled as hazardous waste if the metal is determined to be a hazardous waste. The generator of any hazardous or extremely hazardous waste to be transported off-site or into California shall: (1) complete the generator and waste section and sign the manifest certification according to the instructions in the Appendix to this chapter; and (2) obtain the handwritten signature of the initial transporter and date of acceptance on the manifest; and (3) retain one copy. Correct immediately by ensuring that manifests are completed correctly and maintained. Class II Repeat Violation. 122 123 & 124.
