I determined that they are a large <br />generator of HW based on their 2007 HW tonnage (approximately 18 tons of HW hauled off site and manifested <br />from their previous facility at 3131 Auto Center Circle, Stockton). <br />California Code of Regulations 66265.1920) notes that "...at the discretion of the CUPA..." the tank assessment <br />can be granted an exemption for 3 years. San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department, the local <br />CUPA, will not grant an exemption for HW tank assessments.
