EXHIBIT A <br /> SCOPE OF ENGINEERING SERVICES <br /> DELTA TRUCK CENTER <br /> TANK SYSTEM ASSESSMENT <br /> FRENCH CAMP, CALIFORNIA <br /> January 22,2009 <br /> SIEGFRIED ENGINEERING, INC. (SEI) is pleased to submit this proposal for engineering <br /> services for the Tank Assessment of your waste oil and used antifreeze tanks at your facility in <br /> French Camp, CA. The following is a detailed summary of our scope of services. <br /> Perform a tank assessment and prepare required documentation in accordance with California <br /> Code of Regulations Title 22, Sections 66264.193, 66265.191, 66265.192, and 66265.193, <br /> including the following; <br /> I. Tank System Description <br /> 2. Chemical Compatibility Findings <br /> 3. Visual Inspection Findings <br /> 4, Seismic/Anchorage Findings <br /> 5. Integrity Test Findings <br /> 6. Secondary Containment Findings <br /> 7. Reports identifying any repairs or modifications resulting from the tasks above <br /> 8. Review and re-inspection of repaired components <br /> 9. All related drawings and calculations. <br /> We understand you will provide all chemical compatibility documentation for our review and <br /> approval. We will secure the services of a subconsultant, Strandberg Associates, to conduct <br /> portions of the tank integrity evaluation testing as required. <br /> EXCLUDED SERVICES: <br /> 1. It is understood that exclusions to the above scope of services shall be any service <br /> not specifically described above and shall exclude the following items of work <br /> These services may be performed by SEI at additional cost with prior written <br /> agreement. <br /> a. Hazardous materials testing, monitoring or reporting. <br /> b. Construction inspections or oversight. <br /> C.
