0 0 <br />To San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department: SEP 14 2016 <br />Inspector Fatinah Zareef <br />September 14, 2016 <br />Regarding: Inspection performed on August 15th, 2016 at Color Spot Nurseries 5400 E. Harney Lane Lodi, <br />CA 95240 and the Return to Compliance <br />Regarding item #505, 601, 605 with regards to the red 600 gallon waste oil tank: <br />1. The used oil was removed, a copy of the manifest is included <br />2. Color Spot decided to have the tank removed, a copy of the manifest is included <br />3. The 600 gallon tank was replaced with a 55 gallon drum, which is now properly labeled. A <br />picture is included <br />Regarding item # 608 <br />1. The used filters have been picked up, a copy of the manifest is included <br />2. We changed the entire system for draining filters to be inside of a bucket that can be enclosed <br />while not removing or adding filters during the draining process, the bucket is labeled. A <br />pictures is included. <br />Regarding items #403, 601, 605 with regards to metal shavings and used absorbent: <br />1. All containers have been properly labeled <br />2. All containers have been properly covered <br />3. A profile has been established for both materials working with SafetyKleen. The local branch of <br />SafetyKleen informs us that their corporate office must approve those profiles which they <br />expect completed by September 16th and only then will they pick them up with that to be <br />completed by September 21st. Copies of the profiles are included and pictures of the labeled <br />and covered containers are included. <br />4.
