DO 93/94-1002 <br /> Dear Mr. Walker: <br /> The Department of Toxic Substances Control (Department) <br /> required a written Closure Plan to be submitted by May 31, 1994, <br /> in accordance with paragraph 6. 1. 5. of the Stipulation and Order <br /> (Order) , Docket No. DO 93/94-1002 . On May 17, 1994, J.R. Simplot <br /> requested an extension to July 8, 1994 , to submit the closure <br /> plan. The Department grants the extension and extends the <br /> compliance date to August 30, 1994 . <br /> The Department met on May 30, 1994, to discuss the content <br /> of an acceptable Closure Plan and to prepare a Fee for Service <br /> Agreement (Agreement) . It is anticipated that the Agreement will <br /> provide for Department oversight on closure on two storage tanks. <br /> For purposes of implementation of paragraph 6. 1.5 of the ' <br /> Order, all submittals shall be sent to Mr. Jeff Van Slooten, <br /> Associate Hazardous Material Specialist, Facility Permitting <br /> Branch. <br /> If you should have any questions, please contact <br /> Mr. Jeff Van Slooten at (916) 255-3742 . <br /> Sincerely, <br /> Charles A.
