Simplot Company (Respondent) enter into <br /> this Stipulation and Order (Order) and agree as follows: <br /> 1. A dispute exists regarding the Enforcement Order issued <br /> by the Department on March 18, 1994. (Attached as Exhibit 1. ) <br /> 2.
