0 <br /> 6.1.5. Respondent shall complete one of the following <br /> options identified in paragraphs 7.1.5.a. and 7. 1.5.b. : <br /> 6.1.5.a. Respondent shall submit a written plan for the <br /> closure of the two 150,000 gallon storage tanks and associated <br /> piping and equipment to the Department by May 31, 1994 which <br /> incorporates all required elements identified in Title 22, - <br /> Cal. Code of Regs. , Section 66265.112. Respondent shall <br /> implement the closure plan and shall properly close the two <br /> 150,000 gallon storage tanks within 180 days after the closure <br /> plan is approved by the Department in accordance with Title 22, <br /> Cal. Code of Regs. , Section 66265. 113 (a) ; or <br /> 6.1.5.b. Respondent shall demonstrate to the satisfaction <br /> of the Department that the two 150,000 gallon storage tanks, <br /> associated piping and surrounding soils have met the closure <br /> performance standard described in Title 22, Cal. Code of Regs. , <br /> Section 66265. 111. <br /> 6. 1.5.c. -Respondent shall submit a certification of closure <br /> for the two 150, 000 gallon storage tank system within 60 days of <br /> the date of completion of closure in accordance with Title 22, <br /> Cal. Code of -Regs. , Section 66265. 115 or within 60 days of <br /> meeting the closure performance standard. <br /> 6.2. Submittals: All submittals from Respondent pursuant to <br /> this order shall be sent simultaneously to: <br /> 'Charles A.
