Simplot Company Closure Plan <br /> This checklist has two purposes, to identify any reasonable <br /> possibility of "significant .effect on the environment" as that term <br /> is used in Section 21058 of the Public Resources Code, and to <br /> identify "adverse effect,. either individually or cumulatively, on <br /> wildlife". as that term is used in Sections 753 .5 (c) and (d) of Title <br /> 14 of the California Code of Regulations. <br /> "Significant effect on the environment" (significant effect) <br /> means a substantial, or potentially substantial, adverse change in <br /> the environment., <br /> "Adverse effect, either individually or cumulatively, on <br /> wildlife" means an adverse change of any type or degree, either <br /> individually or cumulatively, on any wild animals, birds, plants, <br /> fish, amphibians, and related ecological communities, including the <br /> habitat upon which the wildlife depends for its continued viability. <br /> (Refer to the items contained in the shaded boxes. ) <br /> Substantial or <br /> potentially substantial <br /> adverse change <br /> Yes Maybe No <br /> 1. .Earth Will the proposed result in: <br /> a.
