March 7, 2007 <br /> San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Department <br /> 304 Weber Ave, 3`d Floor <br /> Stockton, CA 95202-2708 <br /> Attention: Mr. Ray Von Flue <br /> SUBJECT: HAZARDOUS WASTE GENERATOR PROGRAM INSPECTION 1130107 <br /> Dear Mr. Von Flue: <br /> All of the items listed on the Official Inspection Report from your January 30, 2007 inspection <br /> have been completed as follows: <br /> 419—Waste Paint Thinner was picked up by Evergreen Environmental on February 20, 2007 <br /> and the Waste Anti-Freeze on March 7, 2007. Enclosed are copies of the manifests for these <br /> substances. Waste paint thinner drum had small leak inside over pack. There was two inches of <br /> sludge remaining in the bottom of the drum. Drum and sludge disposed of as hazardous waste <br /> March 7, 2007. Manifest enclosed. <br /> #20—Corrected on site at time of inspection. <br /> #21 —Corrected on site at time of inspection. <br /> #48 —Written follow-Up Reports for incidents on 5128/06 and 911106—Sent February 7, 2007 <br /> #91 —Empty Drums—Removed from site March 7, 2007.
