Wilson, R.E.H.S. <br />Margaret Lagorio, R.E.H.S. <br />Robert McClellon, R.E.H.S. <br />Mark Barcellos, R.E.H.S. <br />The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (SJCEHD) has received the <br />permit to replace existing spill buckets and install overfill prevention device at the above <br />referenced location. The permit has been approved with the following conditions: <br />1. Contact the local fire department, and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control <br />District for applicable permits and requirements. <br />2. Any changes in information or scope of work must be submitted to SJCEHD prior to <br />commencing work. <br />3. At least one person who holds the International Code Council "UST <br />Installer/Retrofitter" certification must be onsite AT ALL TIMES when work is <br />performed. <br />4. A "Certificate of Compliance for Underground Storage Tank Installation Form C" <br />shall be submitted by the owner or the owners' agent [pursuant to California Code of <br />Regulation (CCR) 2635(d)] before this upgrade will be considered complete by <br />SJCEHD. <br />5. Contact Ray von Flue at (209) 468-9848 to arrange the following inspection <br />appointments; a 48-hour notice for inspection appointments is required. <br />a. Overfill prevention: overfill prevention system in compliance with CCR 2635 <br />(b)(2) must be verified. <br />b. Spill Bucket: verify minimum 5 -gallon capacity and conduct a 30 -minute lake <br />test in compliance with CCR 2635(b)(1). Proper drainage must also be verified. <br />6. Permit expires 90 days from the approval date.
