As we discussed,there were three points that needed to be addressed. <br /> • Facility does not record alarms of how it was corrected other than invoice of <br /> work done. <br /> The tank monitor is programmed to alert the corporate office when alarms occur. <br /> C;rd of th.c cause of iue alarm and the response is kept at the office. As <br /> directed, the store will begin keeping a log of tank monitoring alarm causes and <br /> responses. The Designated Operator will check the log monthly to verify that is <br /> complete. <br /> • The facility lacks a Best Management Practice (BMP) document pursuant to <br /> California Code of Regulation 2715 (fl. The employee must be trained by the <br /> designated operator with the facility's BMP. <br /> A copy of the facility's BMP is attached.
