As we discussed, there were three points that needed to be addressed.
• Facility does not record alarms of how it was corrected other than invoice of
work done.
The tank monitor is programmed to alert the corporate office when alarms occur.
C;rd of th.c cause of iue alarm and the response is kept at the office. As
directed, the store will begin keeping a log of tank monitoring alarm causes and
responses. The Designated Operator will check the log monthly to verify that is
complete.
• The facility lacks a Best Management Practice (BMP) document pursuant to
California Code of Regulation 2715 (fl. The employee must be trained by the
designated operator with the facility's BMP.
A copy of the facility's BMP is attached. As we discussed, the Designated
Operator will make the BMP a part of his monthly training.
• The leak detectors in Tank 4 & 5 (Diesel Tanks)failed the 3 gal/hr test @ 10 PSI.
These leak detectors must be repaired or replaced immediately with a permit from
this office.
(800) 388-0983 / www.loves.com / "clean places, friendly faces"
