The diesel (Tank 1) line leak detector failed to detect a leak when tested. All line leak detectors <br />shall be capable of detecting a 3 -gallon per hour leak at 10 psi. A fuel leak was found at the dispensers 17/18 and 22/23. All primary containment must be product <br />tight. The leak at the dispenser 22/23 was corrected at the time of inspection. Immediately discontinue <br />use of failed piping at the dispenser 17/18 (damaged by a vehicle collision on S -.2-20a), and have <br />a properly licensed, trained, and certified contractor replace or repair the failed piping. Obtain a permit <br />from the EHD if a major repair/modification is necessary. If the failed component can't be replaced <br />immediately, there is a possibility that the diesel UST system may be red tagged to prevent fuel inputs. <br />311. The diesel (Tank 1) line leak detector failed to detect a leak when tested. All line leak detectors <br />shall be capable of detecting a 3 -gallon per hour leak at 10 psi. Immediately have a properly licensed, <br />trained, and certified contractor repair or replace the failed leak detector (LG 113-x listed, if applicable) <br />and obtain a permit within one business day from the EHD. If the failed leak detector can't be replaced <br />immediately, there is a possibility that the diesel UST system may be red tagged to prevent fuel inputs. <br />Minor -Notice to Comply: <br />204. The designated operator failed to check and note the correct test dates for the monitoring system <br />certification and secondary containment testing on the 01-07-2013 and 07-26-2013 designated operator <br />monthly inspection reports. During the monthly inspection, the designated operator shall check that all <br />required testing and maintenance for the UST system have been completed and document the dates <br />they were done. Ensure that designated operators performing monthly inspections at this facility are <br />including all of the required information on the reports. <br />Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form with a statement of how <br />each violation was corrected, including supporting documentation, by September 13, 2013.
