Hi Thuy, As per your instruction, I am sending you an list with the status of the corrections for the violations that were noted on your inspection report. I will be sure to keep you informed on the progress and completion. Everything should be pretty quickly, we are just waiting on some responses from the hazardous waster haulers and for our EPA number. Violation # 101 : Application for EPA number faxed. Waiting to be assigned number 122: We have not had any hazardous waste hauled off within the past three years. We will be sure to keep required records current and available for review upon request. 125: See violation 122 203: We would like to dispute this violation as it does not apply to us. We have not had any hazardous waste hauled off. 301: We are in the process of having an approved hazardous waste hauler come to the site to clean up. We are just waiting on our EPA number to be issued. 404: We will be sure to keep lids on all future containers. 407: We currently have only one container. I will send a picture of the container with the appropriate label. 605 & 701: All containers will have required labels. We do not accumulate more than 2 drums of oil ever 180 days Oil currently on site is scheduled to be removed by an approved hazardous waster transporter, we are waiting for our EPA number to be issued. 9999: Area has been cleaned up and adequate space for movement is available. Will provide pictures with completion report. Business program has been loaded onto CERS. We will look into to make sure it is correct. Thank you for your time.
