ROT also applied on May 9, <br /> 2011 for a new full non-RCRA hazardous waste facility permit. ROT requested DTSC to process the <br /> Standardized Class C permit application and make a permit decision prior to review of the new full non- <br /> RCRA hazardous waste facility permit application. DTSC is currently processing the renewal of the <br /> Standardized Class C permit application. The revised Standardized Class C permit application was <br /> received on December 1, 2015. <br /> FACILITY DESCRIPTION/HISTORY <br /> Riverbank Oil Transfer, LLC (ROT) is a hazardous waste storage and transfer facility located at 5300 Claus <br /> Road near Riverbank, in Stanislaus County, California. ROT operates on a leased parcel with interior and <br /> exterior space within the Riverbank Industrial Complex (Industrial Complex). The Industrial Complex is <br /> located at the intersection of Claus Road and Claribel Road (State Route 219). The Industrial Complex is a <br /> portion of the Riverbank Army Ammunition Plant(Ammunition Plant), which has been designated for <br /> industrial/commercial development. ROT occupies the ground floor and loading dock of a building <br /> designated as Building 11. Building 11 contains approximately 9,120 square feet of interior space. ROT <br /> also includes approximately 9,000 square feet of adjacent land for parking and vehicle staging. Building 11 <br /> is located approximately 100 feet from the east boundary of the Ammunition Plant.
