This <br />4 obligation sha ll not require Wal-Martlo a lter its nonnal document retentio n policies (includ in g <br />5 but nOi limited to policies regardin g backup tapes for electronic documents); provided , howe ver, <br />6 that Wal-Mart's policies must co mply with Health and Safe ty Code Chapter 6.5 and Cal iforni a <br />7 Code of Regulations, Title 22. Noth ing in this paragraph is intended to limit the authority of any <br />8 governmental agency to inspect Wal-Mart or Wal-Mart record s and document s under applicable <br />9 law. <br />10 17. PAYMENT OF,LlTIGATION EXPENSES AND FEES <br />II Wal-Mart shall pay its own anorney fees, cxpert witness fees and costs and all ot her costs <br />12 of lit igati on and investigation incurred to date. <br />13 18. INTERPRETATION <br />14 This Consent Judgment was drafted equally by all Partie s.
