I will have this information <br /> completed by march-15-2007 <br /> #5 & #6 <br /> A completed copy of the Monitoring Plan and the Response <br /> Plan are in the package. <br /> #7 <br /> We have begun keeping a monitoring alarm log. <br /> #23 <br /> 1 had spoken to marlin from BZ Maintenance and she had <br /> Faxed me a copy of all of the technicians that they use at <br /> our facility. In regards to the Employee training as DO will <br /> be taking place on March-15-2007. <br /> #33 <br /> I had spoken to Mark from MVP and he has notified me <br /> that no changes have been made to the monitoring system. <br /> #10 <br /> There were 3 gas pumps in back of the station which had <br /> filters in them. We removed the filters and but the filters in <br /> the black filter drum. Removed 3 pumps from the facility <br /> and dropped them off at Universal Service Recycling. <br />
