A hazardous waste generator shall not treat, <br /> store,dispose of,transport or offer for transportation, hazardous waste without a hazardous waste ID number. Go <br /> to the DTSC web site hftp://www.dtac.ca.gov/IDManifesVPERMHWID.cfm for the form to reactivate the ID number. <br /> Immediately reactivate your state ID number and submit evidence to the EHD. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 102 CCR 66262.11 Failed to determine if a waste is a hazardous waste. <br /> A black 55 gallon steel drum located in the south west corner of the building did not contain the words"Hazardous <br /> Waste". The drum was labeled as universal waste but was listed as having contents of rainwater collected from <br /> dispenser buckets and pans.. Any person who generates a waste shall determine if the waste is a hazardous <br /> waste. Immediately make a hazardous waste determination for the rain water collected from the dispenser pans <br /> and fill containers, and manage it according the Title 22 hazardous waste regulations. Submit a statement and <br /> supporting documentation explaining how this waste was managed. <br /> This was corrected on site. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 104 CCR 66262.34(d)(2)No modified contingency plan. <br /> An emergency coordinator and modified contingency plan information is lacking. There must be at least one <br /> emergency coordinator on site or on call to coordinate emergency response measures, and the following <br /> information must be posted by a phone:the name and phone number of the emergency coordinator; location of fire <br /> extinguishers, spill control equipment, and if present,fire alarm; and the phone number of the fire department, <br /> unless the facility has a direct alarm. Immediately appoint an emergency coordinator and post the required <br /> information by a phone.
