• 1.0 INTRODUCTION <br /> I <br />' Science & Engineering Analysis Corporation (SEACOk) has prepared this Report of Findings <br /> from the additional environmental investigation conducted at the former Major Mart at 1235 East <br />' Alpine in Stockton, California (Site, see Figure 1) The objective of the investigation was to <br /> address the specific concerns of the San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental <br />' Health Division (PHS/EHD) and conduct additional soil and groundwater assessment activities at <br /> the Site <br /> This Report has been prepared at the request of CRC- Environmental Risk Management (CRC) <br />' on behalf of their client, Brazos Asset Management, Inc The Report includes a brief description <br /> of field activities performed in accordance with the PHS/EHD approved Work Plan dated April <br /> 18, 1994 and the Addendum to Work Plan dated May 3, 1994 The investigation approach and <br /> report is consistent with the State of California Tri-Regional Board Guidelines All work was <br /> conducted under the direction of a California Registered Geologist <br /> The results and specific conclusions of the Simple Green Laboratory Study will be provided under <br /> a separate cover (See Addendum) <br /> 1 <br /> SEACOR* <br /> N0026 001 01 ROF 1 August 1 1994 <br />
